Terms and Policies

 

Order Changes:  Due to the nature of our suppliers, once an order has been placed, it can be neither changed nor cancelled.

 

Returns:  While our suppliers strive to provide quality products, we understand that sometimes you just aren’t happy with a purchase.  Please follow the guidelines below for your return:

• You may return an item for refund or replacement within 15 days of shipment date.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  Returns without RA # will not be accepted.
• All returns of non-defective merchandise are subject to 15% restocking fee.
• For non-defective returns, only new, unopened merchandise will be accepted.  Sometimes people return an item after using it.  CGCamping.com reserves the right to determine whether an item appears to have been used.  In this case, the item will be returned at the buyer's expense and no refund will be given.

 If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our returns department by sending an e-mail request to returns@cgcamping.com.  In your e-mail, please be sure to include the following:

·         Name

·         Order Number

·         Full Address

·         Phone Number

·         Email Address

·         Reason for Return

 

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide instructions for your return.  You are responsible for shipping the product back within 3 business days of acknowledgement.  The item must be returned in original packaging, insured for purchase price and be received in original condition.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

 

After the item has been received and condition verified, a refund for purchase price, less shipping and 15% restocking fee, will be issued in the same form as original payment within 7 business days.

 

Damaged Merchandise:  Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with freight carrier.  We cannot be responsible for damage by freight carriers.

 

Manufacturers Defect:  If a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, please contact us within 15 days of shipment date at returns@cgcamping.com.  Do not send product without instructions from CG Camping first.  After 15 days, refer to the manufacturers warranty information for any defects.
